How soon will I receive my order?

All orders are made to print. We do not print any miniatures until they are ordered and payments have gone through. Minis are printed within 5 to 7 business days of the order and shipping will be dependent upon your location.

Australia: 3 to 10 business days after print completed

New Zealand: 10 to 15 business days after print completed

The above are approximations and delays can occur.

Can I get a custom print?

Yes. If you have an STL file and want it to be printed either in resin or plastic (PLA) we can print it. Email us to discuss further or use this contact form.

My print arrived damaged what do I do?

As per our store policy, email us to let us know that your miniature has arrived damaged and provide some pictures so we can see what has happened. We can then discuss further about a reprint or refund if applicable.

Will my mini arrive assembled?

No. All miniatures are sent in parts to avoid damage. You will need to assemble your own minis.

What printer do you use?

Our resin printer is an ELEGOO Saturn 4 Ultra 12K and our FDM printer is an Ender 3.
